All items shipped to US only. Your satisfaction is important to us. Returns or exchanges are accepted in 7 days in original condition. We are not responsible for items lost, or stolen. A refund is paid back minus shipping and handling.

We accept teddy bear donations, new and gently used. We will be donating these bears to needy children in our community.
